A congregation of Sister founded in 1921 to love
God and to love man like Mary did....
Women who seek to love deeply, as women can, under the guiding
hand of Mary, Christ's Mother, Who loved with all Her Heart...
Types of the valiant woman, because they are
missionary Sisters, looking for the least loved and most unwanted
to bring the comfort of Him there...
People in love with people...but willing and
able to show this love in the self-immolation of the Offertory of
Poverty, Chastity, Obedience...
A winning team of Christian human beings, who
count their losses gain, for every time another person knows and
loves Him more, these women sing...
All over the place...because His little ones,
the poor and the old, the ignorant but lovable images of the
Deity, are everywhere.......
So joyful, it rubs off....a joy formed from the
stuff and real life, constant because not sentimental, deep
because Christ-like........
Modern enough to be "with it," but not
so modern as to be "of it", hence able to feel and move
with Mother the Church......
Involved in just about everything that can
fulfill their corporate purpose: sanctification of their members,
and the eternal happiness of those whom they serve....
People teaching in schools, teaching catechism,
helping poor families, studding more and more, writing articles,
helping priests and nuns and brothers and always with joy........
Serious about their calling to serve God and
man........just try to distract them from this, and you will
discover yourself caught up in the fire of their zeal...
Always looking for more work, so far more help,
so for the means to do the work, so for more and more women who
want to love deeply.....
Women who want, really will to sacrifice for Him
and for His people, valiant women who mean business, always with
that joy and smile... |
